3. Reconnect Oculus Quest to WiFi
Sometimes, the reason why Oculus Quest 2 connected no internet, is on the headset’s side, due to a fault with the connection establishment.
So, one of the most effective ways to address connection issues would be to disconnect from the WiFi (Forget) and reconnect from scratch.
Here’s how to forget and reconnect to WiFi on Oculus Quest 2:
- Enter the “Quick Settings” on the right side of the dock.
- Select the “Wi-Fi” square on the right of the settings tab.
- Then, select the WiFi saying “Connected” on the bottom.
- From the prompt that will appear, select the “Forget” tab.
- Info: This will disconnect the Oculus Quest from the WiFi.
- Then, from the list, select the same wireless SSID again.
- Insert the correct password to connect to the WiFi thread.

- If your router is dual-band and you have more than one WiFi, then one is 2.4 GHz, and the other is 5 GHz measured in frequency.

However, for gaming, it’s recommended to use the faster 5 GHz WiFi, but you must be closer to the router to avoid interruption.

- Then, locate the unit’s Power and Volume buttons.
